Yellowfin tuna fillets, caught in the Mediterranean Sea, gets its name from its very obvious yellow shimmers. Its prized meat is rich in unsaturated fats, Omega 3 but it is high in protein, potassium, selenium, vitamin B12, niacin and phosphorus. For a fresh, wholesome summer breakfast pair it in a mozzarella cheese sandwich.
