Also known as pink salt, this product is a type of rock salt that is extracted from the pristine mines of Kewra, one of the largest salt mines in the world. The crystals of this particular salt have shades of colors ranging from pinkish white to dark orange and various shades of pink due to its high iron oxide content. Suitable for seasonings but tends to dissolve more slowly than white sea salt.
