The extra virgin olive oil Badevisco Itrana variety is a medium fruity extra virgin olive oil.
It is clear to the eye with an intense yellow green colour. On the nose it expresses fresh scents of good intensity, with hints of olive, apple and herbs. The fresh olive returns to the taste, which gives imprint to the taste linked to a predominantly sweet conduction, enlivened in the development by slight perceptions of bitter spicy.
Excellent on marinated tuna, steamed vegetables, legume soups, white pasta dishes with shellfish, roast fish, grilled pork and medium mature cheese.
