The extra virgin olive oil Badevisco Fruttato Medio Bio is an oil obtained with olives from organic farming.
Intense golden yellow colour and delicate green reflections. The nose opens wide and complex, characterized by intense notes of freshly mown grass and elegant hints of medicinal herbs, where mint and rosemary stand out. The taste is strong and elegant, with harmonious tones of artichoke, wild thistle and notes of dried fruit on the finish. Bitterness and pungency are decisive and very balanced.
Excellent on marinated tuna, steamed vegetables, legume soups, white pasta dishes with shellfish, roast fish, grilled pork and medium mature cheese.
