Our buffalo mozzarella is a fresh spun paste cheese and is produced exclusively with the milk of our buffaloes, salt and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisan process of hand-cutting and is available in round or braided, in different sizes, from a minimum of 50 gr to a maximum of 3 kg. In order to taste it at its best, in particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its best aromas when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we suggest to heat it gently in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if you wish, to immerse it with the whole bag in warm water for about 15 minutes. Finally, it is recommended to always keep the mozzarella in its liquid and not to put it in the refrigerator.
