The fior di latte Costanzo is a fresh pasta filata cheese made with cow's milk, salt and rennet, naturally smoked with wheat straw.
Due to its machine breaking, its weight is around 500 gr. It can be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of about 4°C, up to a maximum of 5 days. It should be consumed at an ideal temperature of about 15-20° C.
It is a ready-to-use product. It is ideal for stuffing.
