Cannellini beans are one of the most widely consumed legumes in the Italian gastronomic tradition. Particularly appreciated for their delicate flavor, they are also considered to be a light food, making them suitable for use in the preparation of numerous recipes.
RECIPE: Wash the beans and let them soak for 12 hours. Then boil them in plenty of water. When they are done, season with chopped garlic, celery and parsley. Season with salt and add a handful of pepper and oregano.
