Cow's crackling is a fresh cheese made of cow's milk, salt and rennet.
Available in single pieces of about 150 gr or in pairs of about 300 gr.
It can be stored in the fridge at a temperature of about 4°C.
Can be consumed at an ideal temperature of about 15-20°C.
Ready to use. Ideal for stuffing.
