Cow's Caciocostanzo cheese is a spun paste cheese made of cow's milk, salt and rennet.
It is aged for about 30 days, has a sweet taste and a soft texture.
It is available whole from about 1100 gr or in half, from about 550 gr. Due to its shape, it lends itself to gift wrapping.
It is a ready-to-use product, it can be used for a variety of purposes, it is excellent if used as a filling or as a plate.
It can be stored in the fridge at a temperature of about 4°C.
Best consumed at an ideal temperature of about 15-20°C.

Origin of milk: Italy.

Ingredients: cow's milk, rennet and salt.
