Butter Costanzo is a fresh cheese produced with buffalo milk whey and cow's milk whey.
For the production of our butter we use an ancient artisan process, using whey centrifugation, by skimming, for the production of cream, then subjected to slow maturation in our cells. There are always available sizes of 100 gr, 200 gr and 500 gr. Fat content 82%.
It can be stored in the fridge at a temperature of about 4°C.
Origin of milk: Italy.

We follow from start to finish all stages of the production of our cheeses, from the cultivation of the fodder to the raising of the buffaloes and the processing of the milk according to traditional processing methods that only an artisanal dimension can give.
