Spumante Brut di Asprinio, a unique sparkling wine made exclusively from the indigenous Asprinio grape variety, has an intense straw-yellow color and a persistent mousse with very fine perlage. It goes well with seafood dishes, raw shellfish, fruit and buffalo mozzarella.
