Sparkling white wine Asprinio, unique in its case, made exclusively from the native Asprinio vine,the harvest is brought forward with respect to the full ripeness of the grape.It has an intense straw-yellow color and a persistent froth with very fine perlage. It goes well with seafood dishes, raw shellfish, fruits and buffalo mozzarella.
