The fior di latte Costanzo is a fresh pasta filata cheese made with cow's milk, salt and rennet.
Due to its machine breaking, its weight is around 500 gr. It can be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of about 4°C, up to a maximum of 5 days. It should be consumed at an ideal temperature of about 15-20° C.
It is a ready-to-use product. It is ideal for stuffing.
