In 1990 a frost destroyed the entire harvest of kiwis of the Costanzo family. Gennaro, progenitor and father of five children, faced with the difficulty, decided in agreement with his wife and life partner Lia, to start a new business. Relying on experts in the field, the "Mini Cheese Factory Costanzo" was founded in 1991.
The small laboratory was born in Lusciano in the province of Caserta, in the fertile Campania Felix, where small quantities of milk from stables personally selected by Gennaro, give birth to an excellent final product: Mozzarella Costanzo.
The success was immediate. Since then the Mini Caseificio Costanzo has always respected the initial idea: quality, quality and the search for quality, which starts from the milk, from the relationship with the farmers, with the work done inside the dairy; which means control, which means respect for ethics.
In 1995 the zootechnical farm with the first buffaloes was founded.
Today: Luigi, Alessandro, Valentina and Davide; they carry on what Gennaro and Lia created from nothing.
