1. Where are you sending?
We ship throughout Italy and Europe by express courier.
2. When will I receive my order?
Delivery is guaranteed in Italy in 24, maximum 48 hours.
Shipments are made on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
All orders received before 11 a.m. are shipped the same day, the others the following day.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Of course! Shipping is free for orders from €49. For orders of a lower amount, shipping costs €9.90.
4. How are fresh products packaged?
We use polystyrene isothermal boxes that maintain the cold chain for 72 hours.
5. When is the mozzarella to be eaten?
The mozzarella must be consumed within 4 days of shipment.
To enjoy it to the fullest, we recommend that you keep it outside the fridge and inside its liquid.
6. What if I don't get the package in time?
If the delivery is delayed we will refund the entire order.
Excluded are the cases in which the non-delivery is attributable to the customer (e.g. absence of the courier or wrong address).
