We control the entire process, from forage to processing the milk into a finished product, right through to sale.

1. Forage

In Ruviano, on 170 hectares of land, we grow a mix of herbs that is the food base of our buffaloes.

2. Breeding

We take care to give buffaloes the maximum well-being and adequate space, because the quality of milk is strongly linked to the quality of life of buffaloes.

3. Milking

Our buffaloes allow us to meet almost all milk requirements.

4. Production

At the first light of dawn, every day the expert hands of our cheesemakers transform freshly milked milk into cheese, carrying on a centuries-old tradition of our territory.

5. Sale

To guarantee a limited and responsible offer that protects the end customer, our products can only be purchased online and in our stores.
