Cacio di bufala stagionato is a spun paste cheese made only of buffalo milk, salt and rennet.
It is aged from 8 to 10 months and has an intense and delicate taste. It is available cut, vacuum-packed or whole, weighing about 4 kg. It is a ready-to-use product, lends itself to various uses and is excellent grated in flakes to complete dishes.
It can be stored in the fridge at a temperature of about 4°C.
It can be consumed at an ideal temperature of about 15-20°C.
